Conference Plans

All sales are final. AskingPoint and KnowFu Inc. do not refund monies for unused Conferences or portions of a Conference package.

Monthly Meeting Plans

All sales are final. AskingPoint and KnowFu Inc. do not refund monies on a pro-rated basis for unused portions of monthly or annual plans.

Monthly plans are automatically billed each month. Turning off monthly billing automatically converts your account to the "Free" account level. KnowFu Inc and AskingPoint do not refund monies for unused portions of the month in which you cancel.

Annual plans are automatically billed on the plan anniversary. Turning off annual billing automatically converts your account to the "Free" account level. KnowFu Inc and AskingPoint do not refund monies for unused portions of an annual plan. If an Annual account has auto-renewed and you wish to cancel please contact us in writing within 30 days of the renewal date.
