Now you can monitor Feedback & Customer Support Widget activity by email!

Whenever one of your App’s using the AskingPoint Feedback or Customer Support widget, gets inbound traffic from an end user, you can get emails with all the relevant details. It’s a great way to monitor what’s happening with all your Apps.

This is what they look like and you can have them sent anywhere you want. Send them to your developers or a support queue so that all the relevant people can keep an eye on what’s going on.

To turn Email Notifications on, Login to your AskingPoint account and visit the Account tab and add the email address where you want notifications sent.
